The BIOS Procurement team is tasked with offering a 'hassle free' technology procurement channel for our customers. To meet this objective the Procurement department seeks to achieve the following:

• Procure all computer hardware equipment, supplies, and services, consistent with the quality, quantity, and delivery requirements of the requesting Customer
• Strive to provide competitive pricing in a timely manner across all IT equipment, enterprise software licenses and services required by our Customers
• Maintain solid relationships with Vendors and help with price support to ensure the Customer gets the best deal possible
• Promote good working relationships with all Customers, Staff, and Vendors seeking procurement assistance, through an understanding of their purpose and objectives.
• Foster fair, ethical, and legal trade practices that develop a strong Vendor community and promote public trust in BIOS.
• Develop and implement operational procedures that provide the highest level of service, while adhering to state and federal regulations, laws, rules, policies, and procedures.
