BIOS Middle East are proud to announce we have completed and passed the MSP/Cloud Verify Program (MSPCV). We are the first provider in the UAE to achieve this accreditation and one of 400 globally.

The MSPCV is based on the Unified Certification Standard (UCS) for Cloud and Managed Service Providers developed by the International Association of Cloud and Managed Service providers, consisting of over 25,000 corporate members worldwide. As part of the accreditation BIOS Middle East has been examined by an independent third-party public accounting firm and has demonstrated it has successfully met the applicable 10 control objectives and underlying controls. Namely;

 

- Objective 1: MSP Organization, Governance, Planning and Risk Management
- Objective 2: MSP Policies and Procedures
- Objective 3: Confidentiality and Privacy
- Objective 4: Service and Program Change Management
- Objective 5: Event Management
- Objective 6: Logical Security
- Objective 7: Data Integrity and Availability
- Objective 8: Physical and Environmental Security
- Objective 9: Service Level Agreements, Reporting and Billing
- Objective 10: Corporate Health
