Senior IT Sales 
Location: Dubai, UAE

Due to continued growth and very strong demand for our services and solutions we are looking for highly talented sales individuals to join our expanding team delivering cloud-based IT solutions to a wide range of clients.

Candidates will not only have a complete command over the profession of B2B selling but are great at taking care of their clients and building long term relationships.

The candidate for this position will create and close new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify new revenue opportunities with both new and existing customers.

This is a fast paced role and the successful candidate will be involved in end to end sales process including prospecting, cold calling, face to face meetings, presentations, contract and proposal writing, negotiation and closing.

Required skills:

  • Immaculate presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
  • Background in IT Sales
  • Minimum 3 years experience in direct business-to-business solution selling
  • A proven track record of success & hunger to exceed quota – must demonstrate actual revenue performance vs. annual sales targets
  • Self-starter with exceptional motivation and an understanding of consultative sales methodologies for complex sales
  • Ability to self generate leads as well as maximize the daily in-bound leads

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve personal sales targets to support company growth
  • Deliver new business opportunities via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing deals
  • Qualify, progress and close inbound leads and leads supplied by the lead generation team
  • Consistently maintain high activity levels
  • Manage and develop multiple client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Driving all stages of a complex mid to long term consultative sales process
  • Delivering compelling sales, ROI and TCO presentations
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and understanding of the solution sets and benefits to the clients and prospects
  • Opportunity and sales pipeline management and reporting
  • Provide timely management and CRM reporting
