RMM + NOC + Engineering

Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools provide constant real time information and alerting to our NOC in Dubai as well as to you via a portal or app on your phone. This dramatically increases operational efficiency – allowing us to easily monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain your Private Cloud pod at all times. In addition our engineers in the data center are on hand if required.

You will receive real-time information as to the health and efficiency of your Private CloudHPT Pod and a monthly management report.


BIOS Secured

Our security practice is called BIOS Secure and it is included with Private CloudHPT as standard.

In addition to firewalls, IPS, and anti-malware devices, 2FA which come as a standard your Private CloudHPT includes BIOS Secured.

BIOS Secured is designed to defend your organization from increasingly sophisticated, targeted cybercrime threats. We achieve this by using our SIEM-as-a-Service that monitors every connection in and out of your Private CloudHPT pod and matches each connection against a list of malicious threats in our Crime server. Our Crime server has more than 20 threat intelligence feeds and has a continuously updated database of over half a million malicious IP addresses targeting the Middle East. Our SOC in Dubai can then block any malicious connections it detects in real time.

Our Process


  • Following initial meeting, customer provides sizing data via “sizing sheet”
  • BIOS domain scan. Provides detailed inventory information of machines in scope for cloud migration
  • Bandwidth assessment undertakenfor DRaaS workloads
  • Security assessment for Datacenter and M365 with report


  • Resource calculation undertaken to establish requirement for cloud consumption
  • Network requirements are factored into cloud network architecture, include connectivity requirements (WAN)
  • We also request data about your current costs for delivery of the IT infrastructure so we can build a TCO ROI analysis to provide financial justification for cloud


  • Once the design and costs are finalized this will be put into a formal proposal
  • Upon agreement of the proposal and commitment to proceed we will prepare a service order form and terms and conditions
  • Once signed the SOF will be used as the formal contract and on-boarding process will begin


  • BIOS undertakes an internal kick off meeting where all requirements are handed over from the sales team to the service delivery team
  • Any gaps or missing information is highlighted at this point and the sales team will work with the customer to provide the following formal kick-off
  • Basecamp is used to track the project in real-time online, with file sharing and updates on activities being communicated centrally to all parties
  • Once onboarding is completed the activities will be signed off and handed over to the managed service desk for operational activities to commence
